Pasta with local sausages, sun-dried tomatoes, basil and garlic

Pasta with local sausages, sun-dried tomatoes, basil and garlic. For 4 persons. Ingredients: 400g (wholemeal) pasta, 200g local sausages, 50g scaked sun-dried tomatoes, 8 basil leaves, 2 crushed garlic cloves, exyra virgin olive oil.

Cook the pasta in salted, boiling water. Meanwhile, in a pan, heat some olive oil and add the garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and the local sausage, cut into small pieces. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce, finishing with some shredded basil leaves and served.

This dish is well accompanied by a grated peppered cheeselet. Please take care when seasoning due to the saltiness of the sausage and sun-dried tomatoes. To reduce saltiness, boil the sausage before putting in the pan.
